MEMBER-GUEST GOLF TOURNAMENT
Join us for our exciting three-day Member-Guest Golf Tournament at Thunder Hills.
Dates:
Thursday, July 18 - Saturday, July 20, 2024
Format of Play:
Each team competes in a round-robin format, playing a 9-hole match against each of the 5 other teams in their flight.
Wednesday
– Optional practice round with a 12:30 PM shotgun start
Thursday
– Two 9-hole Four-ball matches (AM or PM)
Each golfer plays their own ball throughout the round, such that four balls are in play. A team's number of strokes for a given hole is that of the lower scoring team member.
Friday
– Two 9-hole Four-ball matches (AM or PM)
Saturday
– One 9-hole Four-ball match; Flight champions advance to a 5-hole Alternate Shot format
Handicap:
Requires an up-to-date USGA Handicap Index.
Teams will be flighted based on combined handicaps with a maximum difference of 15 strokes between partners.

Open to men aged 18 and above
Food:
Thursday
- Hors d'Oeuvres and Cocktail party from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM (significant other included).
Dress is casual.
Friday

Saturday

Lunch (member and guest)
Cocktails at 6:30 PM; Dinner at 7:30 PM ($25 for significant other dinner).
Dress is business casual.
Prizes:
Top 2 teams in each flight receive Golf Shop credit.
Optional Skins Games available both days.
Pari-Mutuel wagering: Win, Place, Show.

Full refund if the tournament is canceled due to weather or other events
